The book starts with some extraordinary psychic experiences on Chapter 1 and 3. Most people that read it say they have never heard a weirder story. You can read that chapter for free on Amazon Books. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DVV7V428?ref=yb_qv_ov_prnt_dp_rwHe postulates ideas like early religious believers in ancient times, may have created scripture, based on telepathic experiences. God Is Not a Noun invites readers to embrace the mystery, and question the unquestionable. Whether you’re a believer, skeptic, or seeker, this book will challenge your perceptions and inspire new ways of thinking about the Divine. Simple enough for young people as well as thought provoking for scholars.

from Victor Marquez "This book is the spiritual journey of a modern pilgrim. It explores the idea of combining religious mystical precepts with logic and reason. And if it’s possible to be a believer without being adherent to a belief system. It is also good brief history and introduction to Hinduism, Sikhism, Taoism and being a born-again Christian.

But it’s also a great story about hitchhiking through the SW United States in the Viet Nam War era. He meets and studies with highly acclaimed spiritual masters. He goes deep into the world of Eastern Religions, that were brought to America for Baby Boomers, looking for “cosmic consciousness”. But the best part is the discussion of E.S.P. and paranormal occurrences. The first chapter is about serendipity and has one of the weirdest stories I ever heard.
